Wasted 3 months of my time and left me with an open fireplace in the middle of winter. Set and agreed a price on a burner an install. Had 1 option given and went along with it despite many other burners on the market. After a promoting message and 3 weeks before the instal date had a message to order the burner myself saying he's not a millionaire who can order things. He sat on this for 3 months. A deposit was offered to no avail. If I'm going to the trouble of ordering a burner myself I miles well fit it myself. The agreement was supply and fit. The company is advertising as a burner shop but it's far from it. Iv had upwards of 200k of building works done on my own projects in the last 5 years with no issues. Tradies wise this is one to avoid. Shocking customer service. You have been warned.

Arrived at agreed time, sheeted up to protect property as much as possible whist carrying out the work.
Fire chamber looks great, as does complete installation with hearth and mantel. Rendering and plastering to a great finish.
Great guy, happy to recommend to anyone looking for a quality stove installation.

Absolutely Love my Logburner, we’ve had it on every night since Ray installed it 3 weeks ago. They both did a fantastic job and I’d highly recommend them A++++++
