KFC Boston - Market Place

Girl that served me (Egle- not sure about spelling) was nice and she really tried to serve whole queue by herself asap. She also had good menu knowledge. The food however not as good. Chips were lifeless with black bits in and fell out of packaging into the bag. Pepsi was flat and spilled out of the cup. Boneless chicken pieces were nice. Chicken popcorn a bit less. I don't think quality is reflected in the price.

Arrived very quick but unfortunately my burger was cold my can of drink was warm and they gave me a tub of colslaw and no chips. Don't know what they expect me to use the colslaw for. Rubbish service

At least 90% of the time they get ur order completely wrong or u get home and find items missing.if they spent less time messing about and walking around with vapes and phones in hand they might actually do well

I don't really like it, the fries are disgusting and the tables are so small. If you want to sit and eat there you will gasp. To be honest I used to love it KFC but this place disgusted me and I can't believe I'm saying this but Mc Donalds is a better place for eating.

What an ignorance and arrogant behaviour of members of staff. Waiting for 15mins, I didn't get no response from the staffs and when I asked them whether they take any orders I was replied "no we are busy". Ridiculous. Also concerned about food and hygiene. Poor management- disgusting 😢

Yeah we went in there ordered and got the food everything was hot and right it was very nice!

Disgusting outlet have ever seen.
This is the third time I made an order and the fries is missing. Order #F5514. I complained on the app but nothing was done.

Never a good example of the KFC chain, better than usual service than I have experienced in the past. Why did you stop selling Pepsi!?
