Blake's Chimney Sweeping

The service received was awful. No returned phone calls and waited 5 weeks too long for the fitting of log burner. The only positive was Luke who did all he could to get the problems sorted and he did a good job fitting it.

They came on time to sweep my chimney but found a problem, returned 3 days later as arranged to check with a camera and found a blockage. After that point the arrangements became a farce, over a 3 week period I had 2 missed appointments, no one ringing back when promised. I would never use this company again they are rubbish

What a lovely young man so professional & informative. Cleaned my chimney left no mess at all. Information I learnt was fantastic. Gave me a certificate for my insurance company. Did you know if you have a chimney fire and you don’t have a certificate ( which they keep copy of too) to prove you’ve kept chimney maintained, insurance won’t pay out. I didn’t know that.. Blakes did a good job sweeping our chimney, they were on time and left the fire spotlessly clean. would definitely use again, and would certainly reccomend.

Ian and Tony came and fitted my new multi fuel burner, lovely chaps, very friendly, very helpful, punctual, clean and tidy. As I was having a smalll issue to do with lightling the fire, Lee the owner came and sorted me out saying it was no trouble at all!
I would whole heartly recommend this company!
