Spen's Easy Chimney Sweeps

Having just moved into a property with an open fire and being a bit clueless I called Spencer for a sweep and advice. He's really knowledgeable and friendly and gave me tips on how to keep the cost down of work that needed doing. I'd definitely recommended him to friends. A reliable and professional service.

Outstanding service. Arrived on time and upon explaining the issue I had, Spencer went through all the options he may have to go through. Initially I was worried my bill was going to increase however after a in depth check involving smoke checks, chimney sweep and seals check I did not need any addition Work. Spencer took the time to explain how I shouldn’t be burning paper and the effect it had on my chimney. He then took the time to show me how to light a fire correctly. A really friendly, knowledgeable guy who was spotless. Not one bit of mess left behind and all his work had a certificate to back it up.

Really professional and knowledgeable service from Spencer. He did a great job with 3 woodburners which each had their own problems. Spen has fitted 3 cowlings to the chimneys and CO alarms in the house to keep us safe. No mess for me to clear afterwards. I appreciated the time, effort and advice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Spen was on time, friendly and came fully kitted and supplied a highly professional service. It was clear from chatting that he was qualified in in sweeping and many other related services. During one sweep he found and removed more nest material that a previous sweeper had left! And then camera surveyed to provide an absolute check. Thanks Spen.

Great service! Spen was punctual, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He sorted out my smoky log burner, gave me excellent fire prevention advice, and I feel more confident in managing my old log burner now. Definitely will only have Spencer going forward. Diolch!

Really impressed with Spen and the work he carried out on the stove (inspection & cleaning).
I usually dread having a chimney swept as its always been a messy job, but it was a pleasure having Spen in.
He was extremely clean/tidy (stove is tidier than before he arrived!), was very knowledgeable and also friendly - which is always a plus!
