My first order placed here. The items arrived in very good time and very well packaged. Their prices were very competitive. Overall extremely happy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Very disappointed item did not arrive the following day as stated. Took 3 days for delivery and missed the special birthday it was intended for. Royal mail clueless & seller dismissed as "out of their hands"

I’ve been searching for a tea cup for my dinner service and found it with yourselfs. You have made me so happy, not only did I find my cup but now I can start adding to my collection. You really are an amazing company and I will be using you again.

I placed an order with Chloris Tableware on 06/06/20 and got an email to say order was shipped 09/06/20. It is not 17/06/20 and I have not received my items. But they have taken the money from my credit card! Also - there is no phone number to contact them - AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS! They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it. I will be reporting them to The Consumer Council.

In the interests of fairness I wanted to update to let you know that the parcel was finally received. Items were as ordered. However, I can only revise my rating from 1 star to 2 stars as I received no communication from the company despite contacting them for help several times. I spent the best part of 3 days trying to phone with numbers that didn't work, emailing and messaging and got absolutely no response. Had they responded to me, I would not have felt compelled to leave a bad review. In fact I might have left a good one - depending on the quality of their customer service. Note to Chloris Tableware - ignoring your customers does not help your company's reputation.

I placed an order on 15.08.2022 and received the item today 25.08.2022even having upgraded and paid extra postage to have the item delivered sooner(Royal Mail 24 hr!). I emailed the supplier yesterday and had no response - I found it very difficult to find a phone number as the site gives no details only email facility. When I called the number I got voicemail. The item has arrived in one piece and I love it but the experience has been well below expectation and I would never order from this company again - delivery dates were far too vague. The parcel was Royal Mail 24 hr but 9 days late! I am not looking for any compensation - just honesty from the beginning of the transaction.

Bought expensive Villeroy & Boch platter. Keen price, very protectively packaged, took a few days to arrive (from Europe maybe) but within advertised timescale. Very pleased with purchase.

I ordered a set of 6 mugs but unfortunately upon being checked prior to dispatch, 1 was found to be cracked. I was promptly notified and offered a refund, partial order or alternatives. Great customer service.

Ordered a fine bone china mug and arrived on time safely in a perfect packaging box. Highly recommended if you want high quality products and the best service.
