Found a lovely and distinctive gift online here - very competitively priced. Delivery was speedy and well packed. I used a handy link in their confirmation email to track my order. A minor issue with one of my items was resolved seamlessly. Staff could not have been nicer and totally went the extra mile to be helpful. I will shop here again and totally recommend this company.

Ordered some items at the beginning of July 2020 one of which was out of stock.
I received an email and phone call the next working day to apologise for this and was advised as to the date that they would be available again.
They arrived as advertised with good communication from the dispatch team.
Top customer service and cheapest prices on the internet.

I had a great experience with Kings & Queens. One of the items I had chosen needed to be ordered from the manufacturer so there was around a week's wait for it to come in. Liz kept me up to date and placed my dispatch as urgent so that I would get my order as quickly as possible as soon as all the items in the order were in stock. The only niggle I have is the experience with Parcelforce, which is out of this company's control. I would, however, suggest they use a different delivery service in future.

Lovely Royal Doulton mugs & the best price I could find online. My parcel arrived in 2 days, very well packaged. This satisfied customer will be paying them a visit next time I’m in Carmarthen.

Excellent service from this company. I ordered a ceramic container and I was immediately informed of the slight delay and f about a week. This wasn’t a problem. I then decided I wanted an additional, matching container and I was kindly advised that they would add this to my original order and save me two lots of postage. I appreciated this greatly. I was continually updated about my order and when the items were 1) in stock 2) in packaging & 3) being dispatched. Parcel force were used and I was given a specific delivery time slot and my items arrived on time. Both items were wrapped and transported very carefully and I’m delighted with my ceramic containers. A massive thank you to this company. I ordered a special set of Gordon Ramsay knives for Xmas 2020 for my adult son, who by the way is a Gordon Ramsay fan! Due to the Pandemic and Brexit stock was difficult to obtain. I am so impressed because they did not forget me and delivery was efficient. It was bizarrely extra special as it was so worth the wait.
