Properly divided sections; wide vaiety of items; availability of decent info about every item; grouping of items to help you choose; knowledgeable and polite staff who are ready to provide ample information.
It will be better if "in stock" info is provided in a label against items.
What I liked the best was the availability of a discussion table.

Shockingly rude, whoever that was who is the floor leader. SHE IS VERY RUDE. They walk about and chose who they want to put on the queue. BUT YOU see them walking about talking to each other. When you ask how does the queue work and how people gets added she was utterly rude about it. Got very offended why I asked her that.

Waited for over 30 mins without getting served. Other people come onto the shop and gets attended quickly.
Horrible horrible service.

Store is well laid out into tech & household electricals. Can be busy. Staff are friendly & helpful but at busy times you need to be patient to speak with one.

Sadly the staff and management aren't empowered to resolve issues and don't take ownership claiming that the issues aren't them. Unfortunately you are the face of Curry's so if the call centre are agency staff or your policies aren't customer centric sadly you are the face of curry's and from a customer perspective you need to show empathy and look for solutions .... I thought 'computer says no' was only a Little Britain line

Looking for a small TV had seen it on Curry's website but wanted to have a look for myself went to my local store and the lack of sale's assistant s was appalling, wandering around for ages and eventually found the TV. still no one to ask just as well I new what I wanted.Even at the check out no staff.I know it was a midweek but come on get some more staff.

My mum recently purchased a fridge freezer quite clearly stating that it would be put in the garage. After 4 months the freezer stopped working and she had to throw out just under £100 worth of food. She requested for an engineer to check it out as it was still under warranty. Without having to do many checks he immediately told her it was not for use in a garage !
Mum returned to the store to complain about being mid-sold only to be told by their extremely unhelpful manager Ben that it was her fault. She should have read the instructions upon installation! There was nothing they could do!
Quite frankly this level of customer service is appalling! My mum has spent over £600 in this store over the last 6 months. She won’t be returning nor will anyone else from our family. Poor show Curry’s! Very disappointing!

Buying stuff here is a pain. Chose what I wanted then had to find someone to serve me. Was told I would be put in a queue for someone to serve me which wasted time as I already knew what I wanted.

Then the person turned up and said the items might not be in stock (why have them on display then?)

Eventually they returned with the item, I paid and left. Could have been a much better experience.

purchased an ipad which i was told was in stock and item never arrived so cancelled the order. Still not received a refund 20 days later and made 5 calls and 5 emails with zero response. Terrible service and will not be using again
