Thought it would be a good place to get a massage. Got told at booking that the masseuse was coming from london really good can you come back in 1 hour. Cane back they wanted me to do accupunctur.
They lady who had been sitting there when I booked my massage said she was the masseuse. Which was weird.

I was laughing half way through because she didn't know what she was doing. I have very obviuse knots in my back. Anyone who feel a my back has a oh wow reaction because I really need attention to them..

This lady didn't hit one haha was just rubbing up and down for about 8 mins in the middle of my back when I said my pain is round both shoulder blades. Also I could feel her nails. I though I would just pay 15 pound to lay down anyway as my girlfriend was looking in a shop.

100 percent will not be going back and will tell everyone the same.

It was only £15 pound for 15 mins so I'm not overlly upset or angry just abit shocked and laughable ha

UPDATE.
2 hours later the massage, I still have two big scratches on my back.

Went in for a foot massage to try to ease Plantar fasciitis pain, i was told I need acupuncture, went along with as I trusted their advice, after the acupuncture they recommended a 20 minute foot massage. The whole experience was a complete and utter waste of money. I left in more pain than when I arrived, 3 days on and the tops of my feet are really sore after an excessively aggressive massage. They advised I return weekly and was given a treatment plan which would cost £500. I will never go near this place again. terrible experience.

Well if there was a zero option I would have given that. We read that acupuncture can be incredibly helpful in terms of stress and medical issues. Arrived early. Lady was abrupt and asked us to take a seat. She then went through my medical history. It ended in a lecture about my body needing time and she became increasing irratated by the fact. To the point where I said if you are not willing to help then thank you and I would leave. Literally walked out her room back to the front desk where we met her before. She then came out and spoke to another customer and pretended I wasn't there. Very unprofessional! Waste of time and money!

Have been here several times to have a massage by Shilyan. He is literally amazing! I have Erbs Palsy which has given me back issues and constant pain since childhood but these massages, whilst painful, are brilliant for me. The amount of migraines and back pain and neck pain I've had since visiting has decreased dramatically. Would definitely recommend, in fact I already have recommended to a lot of family and friends.

Same experience as someone mentions above - they were adamant that acupuncture was the answer despite me asking for a massage. Was vaguely asked what the problem was, shown to a room and then had a Chinese lady come in, grunt at me a few times, hammer about 15 needles in willy-nilly and disappear. Never took a moment to really try and identify the issue. I lay there for about 30 minutes wondering when I was going to feel any different - I never did, other than my back feeling burning hot, but wasn't sure if that was the blood flow caused by the needles or the substance they put on your back before inserting them, which may well have just been deep heat.

The 15 minute deep tissue massage after was good and provided temporary relief, but an hour later the problems had all returned.

Definitely wouldn't bother going again. Wallet £50 lighter, for little more than an hour's relief from discomfort. Had the cheek to then tell me that the "Doctor" was recommending at least a further two sessions - based on what? She barely even glanced at my back and neck to know what the issue was! Also tried to upsell me some vials of something or another.

I'd return for a massage, but the rest was placebo hocus pocus in my opinion.

Only stopped by on the off chance of a massage and was fitted in after a short wait. My massage therapist was Ivana and she was off the charts excellent. I will definitely be going back.

Went to get my never ending neck pain fixed. Got a 30 min massage by Gary. Was absolutely brilliant. He knew where the problems were. I will surely go back. Definitely recommend.

I found this Chinese practice excellent, my mother has arthritis bad in her arms, she couldn't raise her arms, I decided to take my mum as we have been doing all sorts on the NHS and it didn't help. Lots of medications and we were worried about the side effects. This chinese practice examined her, they recommended light, heat massage and acupuncture, with Herbal tea, it was the best decision we made, mum is so happy and travels from Berkshie to Kent to have I done quarterly. Staff were fantastic looked concerned for my mum and gave her the best care🥰
