Hei Kitchen Chinese Restaurant

Can only give 1 star as no Zero option. Terrible food from this place. £25 for what looked like reheated left overs. Chips were soggy and dripping in grease. Phoned to ask for refund to be told "No refunds as we can't resell your food". All food went in the bin. Will never order from here ever again.

Consistently tasty food, not greasy or loaded with msg. But direct and get the rice with a main for free.

Rang them multiple times and was told will be there in ten minutes each time.

Just had a dinner from here. It was terrible. The rice was mushy, the sweet and sour chicken balls were flat and not crispy and the sauce tasted of tropical squash and was just a jelly that would not melt in the microwave. Yuk! never again.

The most horrible food I ever eat. My daughter didn’t eat nothing and my portion was half onion. Taste horrible. Not even in hospital you will not receive this kind of food. I am sorry I tried and waited for this delivery. 30 minutes late at arrival. Keep your money in your pocket

Good & Cheap! 😋 It's a small family business Restaurant for take away and delivery, the foods are like home cooked foods with friendly service!

Delivery estimate on ordering from was 30 mins. On placing order it jumped to over an hour. Actually took 2.5 hours! 2.5 hours of restaurant not answering phone whilst Just eat website said delivered an hour ago, and restaurant no longer taking orders!? I’m getting it in the neck from the family and I was pretty certain we were never getting it, so ended up actually going down there to see what was what.
Lady (owner) was having technology problems and very stressed out. When the food eventually arrived it tasted pretty good, and portion sizes were OK. However we didn’t get the ‘free’ prawn crackers and it certainly wasn’t cheap!
Maybe we just had a bad experience, but reading Google reviews suggests there are issues with this place. Personally I wouldn’t buy from here again.
