Really gone downhill. Food was always pretty good and generous portions. Last year or so prices seem to constantly be on the up and tonight (07/18)the omelette portion has shrunk by at least 1/3 if not 1/2. To top it all the salt had been dumped on one side in one pile and it was awful. We wont be back.

Tried hundreds of Chinese takeaways over many years , tonight I was blown away with the impressive flavours . The young lass on the counter was friendly ,polite and honest (wouldn't accept tips, put it in the till ). Food was reasonably quick (fresh) and 100%tasty .. literally faultless .

I use this take away about once a month, food is always quickly prepared, hot and tasty, never too greasy. Staff are polite, a good Chinese to use. Good parking at the front is a bonus.

Gone down hill big time it’s nothing like it use to be everything looks and tastes like it’s been reheated from the previous day 🤢 the batter on the chicken balls are so dark, tangy and chewy the chicken in the chicken balls are that tough it’s like chewing on a stone the chips are just gammy and soggy 🤢 its bin like this now for a while 🤦🏻♂️ o and the beef in the beef curry is like chewing on chewing gum but with no beef taste to it at all other then the curries sauce that’s thick and over powered with spice 🙈 I’m sorry but i won’t be wasting my money there again it’s seriously disgusting 😩😮💨🤢

Overall very disappointed first take away since moving here and was recommended but unfortunately most of the meal was reheated and not up to the standard which was expected

We always use golden kitchen the food there is delicious and staff is very friendly...
