King Chef

We've been using King Chef for years, this is the first time we've been dissapointed!
Prices have risen by quite a noticeable amount, 3 quarters of a carton of beansprouts, practically meatless spare ribs and I'm not quite sure what meat was in the curry but it certainly didn't seem like beef!!!
Will not be using again.

What has happened to this place?!?!?!
Used to be my go to Chinese, very prompt, great food. However, last few orders haven't been great and tonight has just topped it off. Stood outside for 10mins trying to pay! Needless to say their machine wasn't working,
End result, no food on a Sunday evening. It's a shame but I will not use this takeaway again.

The food tastes fantastic and the service is good (I was confused about some dishes but they cleared it up for me) - I’m not too sure what everyone else was pressed about as well as why, but I’m pretty happy with my experience so I’ll be ordering again in the future 😋

The Best Chinese food in Mansfield!!!

Terrible. Ordered food that never arrived. The first time we called to investigate they claimed they "couldn't find or address" despite us being a customer for over a year. Second time (two hours after ordering) it was "lost". No proactivity on their part to fulfil the order at all and we were told to "complain to just eat". Useless. Not even an apology because he had so many "missing" orders he couldn't tell which one was ours. 🙃🙄

Took over an hour to arrive when it said would take 45 mins, had to call and ask where it was they said it was on the way which it clearly was not. The food was fine but not the best and the free spring rolls and prawn crackers that we should have received weren't there and didn't even get an apology. Terrible experience, never using again

Worse takeaway ever , came 3 hours late on Xmas eve didn’t even apologise , no customer service and expects me to eat at 10.30 at night , i declined the meal and they have refused a refund , couldn’t even offer a discount for next meal , safe to say I won’t be ordering from them again

Probably the worse in the town smells funky taste funky couldn't be arsed to call and explain my opinion as heard they dont change this was the first and last time for me folks!!!
