Very nice food and exceptionally fast service

China kitchen has always been our ‘go to’ takeaway and have had a few deliveries where something was wrong or missing but this evenings was by far the worst!
Half of the order missing & wrong items sent in place of a couple.
As it already took over an hour we didn’t have time to wait for them to bring out the correct food (by then the others would’ve been cold & appetite lost) so we decided to call after & just managed with what we had.
Called to let them know, My husband said time and time again we don’t expect you to deliver the correct things now and that we’d already figured something else out but would’ve appreciated the credit adding for next order or something. Considering we’d paid for those items.
After trying to talk to the man on the phone about it for a while and realising we was getting no where we told them to just forget it, the money just isn’t worth the headache.
Either way I think we’ll be looking out for somewhere else now… just when you finally get that perfect place aswell, so rather annoyed.

Accepted order via Just Eat. Phoned to say they needed £1.50 for delivery which was very courteous. Cancelled order 15 mins later because "drivers don't want to go that far". We're 5 miles away not 50. I would recommend avoiding.

Under new management food was amazing so went again and found that it was a cook from the old Chinese I worked at delivering will definitely be ordering again 😋

This place has seriously gone downhill. I understand that food prices have gone up but to give next to no meat in a meat dish is a bit crazy. Not the first time this has happened either, it's been since the new owners took over.. it's grubby, run down and in need of a full overhaul.

Keep well away had a delivery tonight it was cold a 45 mins delivery driver was realy rude never again

Ordered chicken curry, sweet n sour chicken and chips. The chicken tasted weird. So much so that the entire meal was binned. Complete waste of money. I have had food poisoning before. I won't risk this place again.

We ordered a beef curry and got beefing black bean sauce...we think! Definitely wasn't a curry! So we rang they couldn't refund back to bank because they font know how to? So the refund was dropped off by a very abusive driver who is black listing our address???...really?then to add insult the refund was short ...Definitely won't use again or recommend
