Used this Chinese takeaway based in Holbeach tonight for the 1st time and took advantage of the very reasonably priced delivery service.
The ordering process was really professional with the order being confirmed back to us and the total price including delivery given to us to save any confusion.
Delivery time was about an hour on a Friday night which was understandable and when the food came it was still hot and fresh.
The quality was excellent and very tasty too.
Will definitely use the Ocean again in the future when we want a good Chinese meal.

Never again !!!! Their customer service over the phone is appalling ! Phoned up and ordered for delivery at 6pm. Told 1.5 hours which I was happy with. It’s now 8pm and still not here. Phoned up to ask where it is and basically was told it’s on its way and only you with the delay. And in the young lads own words basically sounded like he couldn’t care less !!! Don’t use if you want your deliveries on time as it’s not the first time they have been late with their deliveries either. Ridiculous !

The food was lovley however only ordered here twice and first time ordered beef curry and got chicken curry, last night ordered chicken dish and got a beef dish. My husband explained the first time mistake when ordering and repeated it 3 times. Very disappointed as ruined my meal.

Best Chinese in Holbeach. I always collect, plenty of parking. It's not like it's a chore to collect your food. The only irritation is that I hardly ever have cash on me these days. Even Big Issue sellers take card payments now.

Ordered food for family get together, 30 mins was all they needed and food what spot on collection time, hot and tasty and very good value. Lady on phone was very keen to get it right and confirmed everything. That's why I use ocean, their team are committed to good food and service.
