Happy Inn

It's a so fantastic Chinese take away. Amazing food and staffs are very nice. But sometimes some customers are very bad. Salt and pepper dishes are very nice, I'm died of them.I Recommend this store.

Now I’m usually critical when it comes to Chinese food as I’m part Chinese myself however..

I have been ordering from happy inn for a few years now and the food never disappoints. There have been a few times I’ve ordered my usual beef black bean ho fun noodles which doesn’t have as much sauce as I’d like; but all you have to do is ask for more when you order and they always say yes.

My favourite is the salt & pepper chicken wings (they’re super spicy just how I like them), plain Chow Mein & beef in black bean sauce.. you have to try it!

FYI - it is better to order by calling them directly than on Just eat! Just from personal experience.

- ordered vegetable spring rolls and got shrimp that I had to throw away
- ordered 4 buns got 2 and yes i paid for 4
- found a hair in the noodles

I went in for a quick meal. Even though they were quite busy service was quick. The food was hot and tasty

Just got my first order. I've been struggling to find a good Chinese in London. This was amazing! I couldn't fault it. I got chilli beef, seafood chow mein and prawn dumplings. Everything tasted like it had been made to order rather than being sat for ages. Prawn crackers were light, crunchy and didn't taste of old oil. Super fast delivery too. This is going to be my number one Chinese from now on!

Love their prawn fried rice or house special fried rice and salt and pepper chicken wings. Always a great Friday night treat and always delicious!

Happy Inn always comes up trumps. I know people who have moved to Bellingham, yet they still pick up their good from Happy, good quality food always

I used to order food frequently from Happy Inn however, I moved out of the borough and have not been there for years. I decided to drive down there by means of treating myself. I went to the counter and placed my order with the older lady out of the two that were there. After placing my order she repeated it back to me...from that point I felt confident that I would receive exactly what had been relayed back. When I eventually reached home after such a long journey, I noticed that my order was wrong. I then called them to explain and the woman who served me began to scream at me on the phone saying that I should not come back and that "we are all the same". Not quite sure what she meant by that but unfortunately, what I was expecting was to be listened to and for the lady to respond in a professional and calm tone. I was literally in tears as I have never experienced such rudeness. She then hung up the phone and felt deprived from voicing my issue. I did try calling back but sadly after two attempts they kept terminating my calls. Appalling customer service and I shall not be recommending them.
