Golden City

It’s a shame! Don’t know what happened to this place… it used to be good. Ordered several things yesterday and it was all barely edible. The crispy aromatic duck was something unidentifiable like it’s been through the blender… The dough inside the chicken balls was raw. And the black bean beef was awful - the beef impossible to chew. Wouldn’t be ordering from them again.

We ordered a meal for 8 hungry people last night and boy was it good. Prompt
delivery, everything we ordered arrived, it was all hot and cooked beautifully. It was absolutely lovely, & we all enjoyed the experience 😃

Went in the bin, black bean beef very nice, pork balls were utterly disgusting, dry as wood, tasted like the oil they had been cooked in was about 12 years old, disappointed because I have been a happy customer in the past

Best Chinese takeaway in the city, easily.

Absolute best chinese around and for the price too,chicken cooked Absolutely spot on,chow meins weren't dry like I've had from other places would recommend

First time ordering here,absolutely loved it, will definitely be using as my regular go to chinese, highly recommended

From outside didn't look great... but one heck of a nice Chinese. Quick service and friendly atmosphere.
