Lotus Chinese Takeaway

Very disappointing meal. Came here today with my partner for the first time and the sauces were much too thick and very oily, it ruined the rice and the after taste was disgusting. I will not be returning and do not recommend. Burnley oriental is much better and never fails to deliver brilliant service.

Not our normal takeaway but fancied dim sum for a change and had been trying to find a really good s&p squid since we moved to the area - found really good s&p squid!, dim sum & s&p ribs very good, satay noodle also good. Spring rolls ok but much prefer large pancake rolls (sadly not on the menu). Excellent service quick & friendly.

My favourite Chinese in Colne by far. Portion sizes are great and food is delicious.

absolutely disgusting food.ordered special fried rice and curry sauce,never known that to have oyster sauce in an boiled rice with massive bits of veg in.tasteless food.the curry sauce was like water an no flavour.even the prawn crackers was tasteless.wont be going there again.

the best Chinese takeaway in colne! Food always so tasty and fresh and the portion sizes are amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, delivery quick also and the crispy salt and pepper chicken balls are so yummy

One of the worst I've ever eaten , absolutely disgusting , Greasy Prawn Toast , Duck Parcels with absolutely no duck in them at all ....Salt & Pepper Chicken wings or was meant to be but they were legs plus couldn't taste any salt & pepper at all , in fact it had carrots in it .... YAK ....... Watery and tasteless Beef Curry ...... One good thing , the can of pop was cold I'll give you that .... But how you can call yourself a Chinese takeaway is beyond me ??? ...... Absolutely raging 😤...... And it was that bad even my dog wouldn't touch it . YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED....ROBBING GETS.

I don't recommend this place. The food was disgusting. It's not a Chinese food at all. I ordered 2 different dishes and it tastes the same. If they think a sweet chilli sauce mixed with water is tasty they're wrong. I wish I could swear now.
First and last time ordered there!

Ordered salt and pepper mixed starter, food was delivered in 8 mins?, these guys are using a time machine or something, also great food as always!
