Yung's Chinese Take Away

Really good Chinese, Hob Son was certainly correct! :) However, I believe T Ren has mistakenly accused the food of smelling like burnt fat. In my totally unbiased and honest view point, I believe the Chinese is more nicer than the rest!

I have a Chinese takeaway every Friday and have tried all of the ones in barrow and i find myself ordering from yungs most of the time meat is lean and tasty curry sauce is about the best

I ordered from this takeaway because of the reviews (I usually order from the Waterlily, but their phone line was busy). I ordered a mixed meat curry with salt and pepper chips. It arrived 20 minutes later than expected, the lady that delivered it said she couldn't find my address, I live round the corner (even though I gave full instructions over the phone + you can sat nav my address easily) the meal was luke warm,. The curry had just two prawns, 3 small slices of chicken and 3 slices of beef, lots of sauce and 2 slices of onion. There were a lot of chips, but they were luke warm! I got a free cold bag of prawn crackers mind! A meal for 1 all for £10 plus delivery! Think I'll stick with the Water Lily and be patient with the phone line in future.

Fantastic Sweet and Sour Chicken and Salt and Pepper chips, my personal preference when ordering from here. I would completely recommend this Chinese Take Away to anyone looking for an excellent meal

Very average! Large portions, but not the best. Quantity over quality.

Please get some new lads on the phone.. messed up 2 out of 2 of my orders... customer service afterwards non existent although you admitted you made the error.

Really nice food !! Beef /mushroom, chicken curry , chicken balls ,rice & chips,delivered on time and a friendly driver ( bonus)why have i not ordered from here before now !definitely will be ordering again in near future, 5*
