normally havent had a problem with them except sometimes getting a different item to something i ordered but on Saturday night got charged full price for half portions as then mixed my dish in the same container as the rice so only got half of each and food was cold even tho it arrived quite quick so guessing i got warm ups or something cooked earlier that evening and just got sent that was not impressed. such a shame as iv tryed to a few different chinese places before and this was the better but if there cheaping out on the meals and still expect full price and not cooking the food properly then id rather eat somewhere else then get food poisoning or ripped off

Ordered through just eat. Got a call from them 20
minutes later to say the restaurant had rejected the order. Phoned them and with no apology they just stated that they were taking orders but we're moving away from just eat.

Their red thai curry is not a red thai curry, calling it as such is a lie. Standardly low grade anglo asian cuisine. You know what it is, sweet n sour chicken chow main in blackbean sauce etc. If you want good quality fresh food look elsewhere.

Local takeaway on wormley high road recently changed hands but menu remains the same. Always had decebt takeaway food and they are friendly and quick to serve. Never had a problem always hot and the order is always correct. Simply inexpensive decent takeaway

Awful food. Ordered food for 2 people. Seriously lacking flavour and despite my hunger, I took 3 bites of each dish, gave up and disliked it so much that I brought it all back to them within 20 mins. They said "sorry" but did not make any attempt to prepare a new dish or even take my details. I've lived in Brox since 1985 and had tasty food from many places. These include Masala (a few doors away), The Bulls Head in Turnford, Mangoes and Taste of China in Hodd. Had poor food in The Crown and Nonnas Kitchen but this is genuinely the worst takeaway food that I have ever had. Cannot believe that I was too lazy to travel to Golden Phoenix at the Old Pond (Cheshunt). Also cannot believe that I trusted Google's 4* review. Now that I have looked closer, some of them do not appear to be honest and unbiased. If I could put zero stars I would!

Food was awful I do not recommend that anyone orders food from here, we called them and they advised we put all food back into containers and they would collect and bring a new batch but as first lot of food was so bad we told them not to bother waste of money

The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Service is great too. I am a vegan and the staff know how to explain and adapt their dishes to suit my needs. This will definitely be my regular go to Chinese takeaway.
