Meng House Chinese Takeaway

Had beef curry which was nice enough, nothing to write home about.
The other half had Chicken and pineapple. A few pieces of Chicken were extremely fatty & the sauce was more sweet and sour than anything else hence to 2/5.

One of the nicest meals I have ever had, will definaately go again.

Salt and pepper boxes from here are really nice. Aswell as the rest of the food.

Ordered our food at 5.58pm we rang at 7.40pm and they said 5 minutes delivery, we then rang back at 08.10pm and they said its just been sent. We they complained saying its a joke how late it is to then be hung up on, customer service is an absolute joke i recommended no one goes here as this has happened multiple times now !!!

Food nothing special I had a severe allergic reaction to their food and I don't normally suffer from allergies and was very poorly after eating Mengs food takeaway last week I had some of the chicken curry with rice, chips with sweet and sour chicken balls and beef with mushrooms and onions with noodles. I came out in a severe rash, had temperature, sweating and was breathless... I only felt like this after eating small mouthfuls of each meal...!

Absolutely disgusting red hot with chilli gone in the bin.
And to top it all, when I rang them, all I could get was ,what do u want me to do about it.
I expected them to say i will send another one out to replace it but no,

how ignorant will never be using them again

First class.....Large family order, food made on time for collection, excellent quality and cooked to very high standard. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

EXCELLENT meal. The BEST Chinese takeaway Uve had for years. My 1st time here. It certainly won't be the last.
