food s excellent.they use a good material then it s yummy and clean.i eat for 2 meal becase it s big portions .
if menu have photo of food.it will help to select quickly.

sorry to say this but it was the worst sweet n sour i've ever had... never leave my food as a rule... chicken hard and dry, too sweet and seemed salty!
my husband wasn't enamoured with his either..!
The one star ⭐️ is for quick service.. no body else in the shop to serve.

This was our first visit to gourmet kitchen and first Chinese take away in a long time so I didn't want to be disappointed and I wasn't!!
Curry sauce is gorgeous
Crispy chicken in chilli ok sauce was very nice
Fried rice was perfect and the noodles were tasty plus the other food on the order was really good.

Just an update after getting food from here again.
Ribs were nice and not dry like I've had elsewhere. The blackbean sauce is very good also.

Absolutley spot on, my sweet n sour chicken batter balls were beautiful and crispy just how i like them. I will be back.

Would definitely recommend their Curry dishes, full of flavour and 🔥🔥🔥😋

This is, by a mile, the best Chinese takeaway we have all ever had. This beats hands down any others from other counties and was delicious. Great value, massive portions (will be finishing this off for the next 2 days!) seriously, if you’re in Thirsk, try this place out! Definitely recommended.

Me and my Mrs just had the Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Curry, Salt n Pepper Ribs and Szechuan Chicken from Gourmet Kitchen tonight. TOP TOP quality food, delicious and generous portion, especially recommend their curry, spicy and tasty 😋🌶️🔥
