Hong Kong Fusion

I have ordered from there tonight and had a terrible experience. I didn't even get my food in the end. I ordered before 7 and they gave us the wrong order. And they said they will remake it for us and still didn't arrive in over half and a hour. So, I rang up and they said there is no point of delivering it now. And they cancelled it. So, poor delivery and poor customer service.

Awful customer service. The receptionist is very rude and has no respect to the customer's time and patience. They only care about the online delivery. It is a very bad place to eat in or to have take aways.

Not talk about the price since it located in a popular tourist area.

The foods are small in portion and tasteless (you ordered hot and spicy dish but not hot and spicy, only oily).

Not recommended.

Bad customer service and the food is overload with MSGs, If you want to feel sick afterwards go here.

Very bad. Avoid!
