Shun Hing

What a shoddy service!! Ordered food, delivery within 2 hours, rang when it was late delivered, they hadn't even cooked the food yet!!! A total of 3 hours waiting for food, not only has this happened once, its happened twice!! The first time we thought give them benefit they must be busy but twice is not a acceptable standard of time keeping. Not impressed. The food wasn't great either, a burnt curry and crispy pork was not pork and not crispy. Wont be using them anymore.

Ordered many many times before and always been pretty close to delivery time.
Sadly tonight just eat said 1 hours wait, thought "yeah that's ok", an hour after that time I'm still sat waiting despite just eat asking them where my food is.
2 hours later and have a strong suspicion my food isnt coming!!

Firstly, I've found the food from here is lovely! Not greasy and not over salted and they have a great choice. Haven't had anything I didn't enjoy.
However, delivery does seem to take a really long time. I've waited 1¾-2 hours each time I've used them which is a shame.

The meal we have just eaten was very nice but the Hoi Sin sauce was not a sauce it was a thick paste, quite gluey and not pourable, in fact it had a skin on the top, it was awful and we were not able to eat it.

Ordered for the second time and could not fault it! Food is absolutely delicious! Seems like we found our new favourite :) Thank you

Usually order from here and foods been ok but this time the food was terrible had the chicken chow mein and first mouthful of chicken had to spit it out it was disgusting really bad taste and smell. Rang to ask for a refund and they wasn’t happy there was loads of shouting in back, was told to take the food back for a refund which we did . Got the refund but no apology at all . Not be going there ever again it right put us off never smelt chicken like that before 🤢

Ok Guys the food is off the chart...absolutely top notch...however if you want it at 8pm...order it before 6...delivery service is absolutely shocking. The food is the best you'll ever taste...chicken curry an absolute must!!!

Ordered a delivered Chinese and was absolutely delicious. The meat was succulent a melted in the mouth. Best Chinese ever had and would highly recommend.
