Ordered from their website and when we tried it, it tasted NOTHING like authentic chinese food. The beef was so hard and salty, the king prawn in garlic sauce was SO SOUR. Does not taste legit at all. The chinese restaurants in london are wayyy better. Do not recommend!!!

King house staff offer me replacement of food if I change what I put about them on the food review I said send me the food and if it ok I would. The order came

Tryed ringing the takeaway place and the staff member I spoke to was being very rude aggressive and keep putting the phone done on me
There don't listen to what I had to say keep shouting screaming down the phone this place is not run by nice people there have no customer service skills.

The chicken balls was dry and tasteless it was like eating rubber
The chips are dry and tasteless cold

I would never appect a free food again from this place

This was honestly the worst ordering/delivery I have ever experienced.

We ordered through an app which gave us a delivery time of an hour, which was fine. After the hour we tried to contact the restaurant, but couldn't get through - the mobile number on the app doesn't belong to the restaurant, so we called the landline and it was either busy or the manager picked up and immediately hung up. On the calls that he actually spoke to us (4 out of 24), he said our delivery times were 15 mins / 10 mins each time. It got to the point where we'd been waiting for nearly 2 hours, we tried to cancel the order - this was when the manager yelled at us down the phone, told us to "shut up" and then left the phone on the side with the line connected and ignored us while he took other calls. So we called back and tried to speak to him again and he hung up on us.

When the delivery driver eventually got here (2 hours and 20 mins after we'd ordered), we asked him when he'd picked up, to which he said he'd only just picked up 15 minutes before. The manager had lied to us every time we spoke to him, the food was never on its way, it hadn't even been prepared!

If I could leave 0/5 I would. I wouldn't ever order or eat from this restaurant again - I would also strongly discourage others as well!

i ordered throught the uber eats app at 10:30 at night and midnight comes round and still no food i tried calling to no hope just left it ringing

Worst experience ever! Ordered on Deliveroo. Extremely rude owner shouting down the phone when I called him to ask where my order was. Food never came. The rudeness of the owner was unforgettable . Please do not order from this place, there are other Chinese shops.

Their food hygiene rating was given in 2019 and is inaccurate to the current standards. Compared to the previously rated 5 it should be rated 2 as the food safety is poor - I received stale food. Do not recommend.

Ordered from them today and my seafood soup had a crab stick still in its plastic packaging who knows what's touched the outer packaging and gone into my soup!

After going in several take aways and restaurants this was the only take away to have clear allergen information.

Some other places on the same strip when i said Milk allergy, showed me where the Milkshakes were on the menu.

Another gave me a menu and said sorry we only have this menu.

The menu allowed me to easily select the meals we could eat and then I double checked with the guy serving who was knowledgable on how everything was made to know what was in it.

More places should just take more care like this on creating their menus - very simple and less stress for the server or the customer asking.
