Have been going here for years, food is always delivered super fast and tastes amazing!
Lady on the phone and delivery driver always friendly and helpful.

The lady on the phone was taking our order and when I had finished saying thank you she didn’t realise she hadn’t put the phone down and said omg this guy and then put the phone down, I’m guessing this is because I kept asking her questions about the food. This is extremely unprofessional so not a good start. When the food came the satay prawns we ordered were missing and replaced with seaweed instead which is not what we ordered. We won’t be ordering from here again.

I’ve had several takeaways from here, mostly good quality and tasty. But tonight the food was very poor quality, no flavour and tasted old. Unfortunately we didn’t eat hardly any of it. 😌

Got a takeaway very fresh was lovely it has improved since I last ordered 5 years ago.

This was my first experience with New China. Ordering process, price and delivery were fine. The quality was not good. I ordered the set meal for two. The aromatic crispy duck was overdone. The king prawn dish was replaced with beef. Quite frankly the meal was tasteless.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight the food was amazing, the seasoning was on point and the food wasn't oily at all. The customer service from the lady on the telephone was impeccable - even the delivery man was lovely and professional - will definitely be ordering again soon 😊

Bubbly and helpful front desk staff member willing to help with the order. The meal itself was nice but lacked a little flavour and was a bit dry for my tastes. Quite expensive for a take away.
