ChinaOne Cantonese Takeaway

Absolutely lovely food and service.
I have ordered here a couple of times and its always hot fresh and delivered in a good time.
Shame you dont open tuesdays as i had to order from somewhere else last night which was awful. Please open 7 days a week!

Don’t understand the negative reviews as we’ve never had anything but positive experiences. Food always spot on and they delivery really promptly.

Great food and service. When ordering a takeaway the food is always ready for collection on arrival and is delicious. An excellent takeaway you can rely on.

This Chinese takeaway is located just opposite the petrol station on London Road. Small car park available at rear but if busy you can park on street outside.

I haven't tried delivery (as they charge) but collection is simple... I call and confirm what we want and then drive over and pay when I get there. Very rare that I have to wait too long.

Food itself is pretty good. Only occasionally do we come across something that we are not keen on!

Price is probably fairly average for the area. Staff are always polite and friendly.

We ordered vegetable Singapore noodles for my girlfriend as she is vegetarian, but when we got home there was prawns in it. As this was going to be the only dish we ordered that didn't have any meat in it, my girlfriend couldn't eat anything. We got the takeaway for my girlfriends daughters 15th birthday and we had family round. My girlfriend had to make herself something else, which was an inconvenience.

Tried several chinese takeaways in colchester. This bar far the best.

Used to use them, no more as they allow their delivery drivers & customers to drive & park on the pavement & won't do a sodding thing to stop it & use their car park! It is now no longer safe to walk there anymore & shows their hatred to those who don't drive.

This place is a joke I’ve been going for over 3 years and I understand thing happen but big wait for food 5 times I have ordered to pick up 20 mins and had to wait for over 1 hour after standing in front of them to get it sorted
2nd problem is that you order a delivery at 6pm and at 8pm still no order has turned up and being told that the driver is on his way.. this is not a one off for me but sometimes you have Enough.
Such a shame as the food is lovely but not worth the hassle..give it a miss
