DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT FOR FOOD THE SAME EVENING!!!

How can you justify waiting 2 and a half hours for food to be told it’ll be there in 15-20 minutes every time you phone? Only having one driver isn’t good enough, don’t open if you only have one driver

The woman on the phone was a delight. Extremely rude, shouting down the phone and no apology given at all in regards to the order being so incredibly late.

On google the restaurant says it’s closed on Tuesdays which doesn’t surprise me as it was most likely closed but didn’t want to say so instead stole our money and never delivered the food!

Ordered from just eat at 6.30, eta was 7.45. 8.15 still nothing. Phone was engaged, so drove up there. Excuse was they accepted too many offers, and basically unplugged phone. No communication between customer and staff, order was marked as "delivered" which means we now have to go through the nightmare of a refund through just eat.

WORST CHINESE TAKEAWAY AROUND!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!! Ordered meal at 7:05pm on the Just Eat App , once order was received I was informed it wouldn’t be with me till 8:30pm which with the current pandemic I thought was quite acceptable. It got around 8:40 and I hadn’t received my order nor any notification on when it would be delivered , so I called the restaurant , I received an apology and said it would be with me in another half hour they was busy , again with the current pandemic I can understand it! It then got to around 9:20pm and still no notification on when I’d receive my food ! I then proceeded to call the restaurant! In total I called 66 times and the restaurant did not pick up once!! It got to 10:00pm and I decided to call just eat customer service where they put me on hold and tried to call the restaurant themselves! Surprise surprise they didn’t answer to them either ! Just eat refunded me the money and cancelled the order ! At 10:10pm my meal turned up , no apology of any kind ! I then explained I had cancelled the order with just eat to which the women ripped my delivery from my hands and said I’ll take that back then as just eat will refund the money ! I found the customer service from this place disgusting and that fact I had no apology or was able to keep the food I ordered as some sort of apology was even more disgusting! I’m absolutely fuming ! If you want a good meal don’t order from here , your be waiting for hours before you eventually see it !!!

Very delicious barbecue ribs 👌☺️ Staff is very nice and polite to customers. I would recommend this place to everyone. The best Chinese restaurant in Dartford!

I think a great indicator of the quality of Chinese food is if the veggies have a little bit of bite and the dishes are fresh and non greasy in taste.
After reading other reviews, we saw low reviews seemed to mostly relate to delivery time so we gave it a shot via Deliveroo (who have their own drivers) and we were so pleased we did!
The food was absolutely delicious and tasted so fresh, portion sizes decent too. Will definitely order again.

Chicken fried noodles and Singapore rice noodles are much more delicious than before. I don't know if I am in a good mood or if the business has changed chefs. Great, will buy back again.

Very delicious special fried rice, chicken fried noodles are moderately soft and hard. In order to get excellent fried rice and chicken fried noodles, we will always buy them back, It's the best takeaway in Dartford.

Restaurant is a joke. Pre ordered at 4pm, told delivery would be at 17.40pm. 6pm come and I decided to ring the restaurant who said my food would be 20 mins. 7.50pm my food shows up, stone Cold and a number of items missing. They refused to redeliver so I had to take my ill 4 month old baby to go and pick up a new order. When I got there staff were rude, shouting at me and laughing at me, talking in there own language looking at me while laughing. I asked for a part refund which they refused, so I told them I would take it up with just eat. I still had to wait nearly an hour after getting to the restaurant for my food to be cooked, once they handed me the food there was still food missing from the bag! After this happened I asked for a full refund and they could keep the food which again they refused to do, all they tried to do is offer me a bottle of coke which I’m sorry doesn’t justify waiting 3 and a half hours by the time I got the food after having to wait more time for the missing items to be cooked again!

The customer service in this place is disgusting. And if I could see the state of the restaurant before ordering of just eat I would never of ate there anyway.

The place is filthy, no staff had hair nets on didn’t even have hair tied up! or gloves. Didn’t see one staff wash there hands the whole hour and 20 minutes I was there. It’s disgusting and needs looking into by trading standards!
