Phoenix Chinese Takeaway

Just had a delicious meal from here , everything was much better than all the other local takeaways and wasn’t just the generic food that you’d usually get , will definitely use again, THANK YOU PHOENIX

Really good Chinese. It took over an hour to arrive but that is the time they have. Spring rolls were lovely and packed with flavour. The curry was very tasty. Will use again.

Brought chicken chow mein with salt & pepper chips, spring rolls & honey glazed chicken. Excellent quality. Good size portions. 5/5 stars! (pics were taken halfway thru eating!)

I have ordered from here a few times and the food has always been very good. I always collect, so cannot comment on their delivery service.

Very impressed with our first takeaway from this Chinese. Food was fresh, not greasy and very well cooked. Will keep using them until we get a bad one, hopefully that won't happen but some of the other reviews are pretty damning!!

Ordered a takeaway on Friday evening. Told it would be 45 mins, after and hour + I rang and was told the owner was doing the cooking and lots of walk ins made them behind. I then rang again after 30 mins to be told the delivery was just leaving would be 5 mins. After a profuse apology, offered me 20 percent off the next order. 15 mins later, no show! I rang again and let know how disappointed I was and that I would not be needing the discount as I am not going to be using them again. Then the delivery arrived. Two hours after the order. Most of the food was ok but the lemon chicken was disgusting, it went in the bin. Never again.

2nd time visiting. They were really busy, got mine in 10 minutes flat.

If I could give 0 star like the FSA has given them, then I would... They have no hygienic handling of food and on two occasions scored 0 out of 5 on the FSA website... Check their food rating out before you order from here!!
