Always happy with the food here. An efficient service, food always hot and plenty of choice too. Pic of mixed meat chilli n garlic with noodles 😍 a favourite of mine!

A word of caution - when you order on their website you would be wise to thoroughly check your order (opening up the packages you are given) before leaving the takeaway. On two separate occasions some months apart what you order is NOT what you get. Little interest from the staff to put matters right. Personally I’d look elsewhere

Took alot longer for delivery than was stated but I understand weekends are busy so wasnt bothered about that so much. Underwhelming meal though...The salt and pepper chips were disappointing.. salt and pepper usually have lots of different bits in with them (onions, chilli's etc🌶 ) these were as though they were literally just coated in ground pepper, the ribs were hard to get the meat off and had a weird smell which put me off and the satay sauce wasnt nice and peanut tasting.. it just tasted like salty gravy to me. Crispy chilli beef nice but not crispy at all. Over all not impressed and wouldn't want to order there again.

If you want salt and pepper chips just order chips and put your own sald and pepper on...because that is what they do here. Nothing special just that.

Very poor arrived very late and cold from once been what I thought of been the best Chinese over years has gone down hill won't order again

The spare ribs were just bones with no meat. The chicken friend rice was just fried rice the chicken portion was very poor indeed. We had to wait 45 minutes in the takeaway as they were taking telephone orders as they were more 'important' we were given free prawn crackers only as we complained about the wait time. we will not be returning to any of the shengs takeaways. Mediocre food poor meat sizing and customer service was lacking. Save your money and go somewhere else. We spent and wasted £30 on this takeaway. I'd rather have a petrol station sandwich.

Just felt like a change from home cooking. We were delighted with our meal, which was straight forward to order, and delivery was prompt.
Good quality, flavour, and portion size. I didn't realise the rice or chips were inclusive in the meal price. When ordering two meals I requested one rice. I did ring back to check, and asked for chips with the other meal, as it turned out to be inclusive. The chips weren't included in the delivery, but I accepted that I had created the confusion. A delicious treat though.

Utterly disappointed to say the least, we ordered food online, it said 45-60 minute wait. food turned up 2 hours later. only for the food to be cold, and in need of re heating, when I rang and complained they said they would send the food back out, the length of time I waited, there was no chance i was waiting up that long for food to come. they offered me a free order on my next order, so I rang the Friday after, to be told no we only offer you the value of £7 free. Not what I was told when the messed up the original order. Customer service was terrible. And they would not accept fault. Safe to say we shall not order from here again, what a shame...
