Gone down hill,just ordered our normal Chinese for home delivery,when arrived,missing two items from order,(chips and sweet an sour sauce)called took another 20mins to get them redelivered,no chicken in our chicken chow mein,larger pancake rolls was uneatable as bitter,so I say bean sprouts are off! Recalled them told them I've sent pancakes bk for chef to eat,lady said I'll take them off your next order,told her I won't be ordering again!!!

Have been ordering delivery for years from Welcome. Last night I placed an order, told the amount, queried price as so much more than the web, they said they aren’t on the web but they’ll send a new price list. They then hung up. I was charged £15.40, yet prices on the new price list came to £12.70 - £2.70 overcharged. Chicken Chow Mein was minus the chicken. They are on the web, it even shows a picture of the place. Hence I could post this review. Disgusted.

Food come fast and hot special chowmein was some good the prawns was big aswell . Chicken balls are amazing . How ever the chicken curry was lacking flavor so only a 4 **** but will be ordering again

There was no 10p bag charge but we did get a extra box of pancakes +FREE prawn crackers and was really nice food.

I have not been for little while and when I ordered my meal over the phone and they told me the price it was 10p more expensive which I know things go up anyway when I got there I did a quick look at the price and picked up a new menu only to find out the prices on my menu were correct.I asked why I was paying 10p more and was told it was for the bag. I know about saving the planet etc but if I was told in the first place we have to pay for there little white plastic bag I would have brought my own as I do everywhere else or for warned me I just like to be asked or mentioned about this not just put on the bill . The service was not great and I will not be going there again

Usual very nice food but last night awful. Sesame prawn toast full of grease, curry extremly hot too hot to eat, syrup from pineapple fritter over everything. I know someone else had taken my order by
Mistake but they should have cooked my order fresh not given it to me. Wont be using again.
