The man is lucky I didn’t slap him. I order online and paid at 19:25 said food will be ready at 19:55 I left it enough time to cook and be ready for pick up but they still waited till I got in store before starting to cook my food this is now 19:55 I start work at 20:00 and yes I would have made it to work if food was ready when said it would have been. Then they cancelled my order after I said I’ll be back in 10mins. I’ve never eaten from there and never will. The 1 star is still too much but I had to pick it

They put egg shells in my food due to me being a “new customer”, I paid £40 worth of food and everything had egg shells. Please do not go to this place, they also tried to steal my money because they said “I’m a new customer”. I’m WARNING ⚠️ YOU please do not go. They need to be shut down. I am not a new customer, I had to argue with them that they should check my address on the system so due to this they decided to be petty.

I’ve never written a review in my life but this place, 1000% worth it I need to put a bad review they deserve it, got man chewing on egg shells smh.

Was one of the best Chinese restaurant in the area, certainly better than most I've tried. However, the guy who is front of house has no manners. He is rude to customers face to face and over the phone for no reason at all and its off-putting. If they sort him out, they'll get 5 stars from me but that man needs to go as he has no understanding of customer service. How can you get upset just taking orders and hanging up on people. I'd rather go elsewhere with better customer service regardless of how good the food is. Not spending my money where its clearly not appreciated. Do better please.

The attendant needs to be sack , his attitude is bad for business, very rude with no manners. I placed an order to pick up and the total price was different from what l alway pay, he won't even allow me finish my enquiry about the price he just bang the phone on me. I went to pick up and asked why he had to hang up the phone on me and his reply was what l am going to do ... l was weak, he can't even see anything wrong in what he did. Very bad customer service.

Terrible customer service. Great food however the people are very disrespectful, the man argued with me and refused to sell me my food . He hung up the phone and also did the same to another family member some weeks ago.

0 STARS. The service here is absolutely DISGUSTING. If you treasure the money you work hard to earn, DO NOT EVER order from this place. The man at the counter is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Numerous times in the past I’ve tolerated his rudeness (he is just rude for no reason ALL the time). However this time was the end. He slammed the phone down on me TWICE when I tried to order over the phone, I decided to visit the store to question why he was so rude and his response was ‘you customers do not pay service charge so I don’t have to be nice to you’. He proceeded to argue with me and hurled abuse at me. Atrocious behaviour, he is a disgusting and rude man. No manners at all. It’s clear the place do not value customer service so I will ask you all: are you sure you want to eating their food?? That place will never see me again!!!

As part of my order I got crispy aromatic duck yesterday as abit disappointment with it as there were bones in it. Never have I have this dish anywhere an see bones there was a whole leg bone!! And it wasn't shredded properly I had to do it myself.
I miss the other people who owned it. Food was better priced to how it is now. Been coming to this Chinese since for over 10 years now it's changed I rarely go there now 🙁 (left 2 years ago)

I recently placed an order forgetting why i stopped ordering from them. When i received my delivery i remebered. Food is over greasy everything in the bag felt all oily the pancake roll was flat with a pool of oil at the bottom. Sweet and sour balls was over done or just recooked as chicken was dry. So from when i last ordered they haven't improved they've gotton worse.
I go south feast kitchen less grease and more fresh. Their delivery service needs improving may cost abit more but worth it as its better quality.
And seeing the response to my last review and others if it is you writing these are bang out of order!!

Super rude customer service over the phone!
Put an order through Just Eat app and showed me that delivery time would take over one hour and a half, so I immediately cancel it as the app allowed it because it was immediately after I placed the order.
The restaurant rang me afterwards saying that they had made my food and asking me to pay with cash which I informed I couldn't, then asked me to make a bank transfer which I said I didn't feel comfortable doing and really just wanted to cancel the order to which the person on the other side of the phone decided to just hang up on my face.
