Absolutely horrible service I received from them last night. They forgot the drink I had ordered so I phoned them to let them know; they did not pick the phone up and the voice mail was full, so I managed to send them a message through the website I had placed the order. A girl called Sophie phoned me telling me they could not bring me the coke because they were about to close and that at what time I would be there to collect it. I told her I lived in the same street (5 minutes walking!) but she refused to bring it to me and asked me to wait until next day at 1730 when they open. She also told me off because I had phoned her from an unidentified number!! I said I am a regular and I won't ever again place an order with them and she said: 'I don't care. And you can complaint if you want to'. I asked her why she was so rude and angry with me when it hadn't been my fault at all!!.
Today I had to call again to remind them about last night and she told me I had said the delivery was done last week and that I hadn't said it was yesterday! (she is joking, isn't she?) I had clearly written what had happened when I sent them a message last night!! Can she read?. I tried to explain her again eeeeverything and she did not even have the courtesy to let me finish as she kept saying: 'ok, ok, ok, ok'. At this moment I got very angry and I told her I had always treated her with respect and the least she could do is to listen and let me finish. She had the nerve to say that she would deliver the drink for free!! I had already paid for it last night!!! And if she meant the delivery fee..., of course! What was she thinking? Had I to pay for delivering the drink when it was their fault??. Nonsense and I won't place any order with them again.

The food was alright for the price, I would probably order again. Dumplings were a bit doughy and the meat to curry ratio was large. But the portions were large sized, and the free prawn crackers and spring rolls were a bonus.👍🏽

Food was perfectly good (in line with expectations from a Chinese takeaway). Inexpensive. Guy on the phone was friendly and helpful. Ordered at 9pm on a Thursday night and it arrived in around 25 mins.

I've been eating from this restaurant for 7 years now and it's really gone downhill, the service is not as good as in the past. My food must have been contaminated with seafood as I got hives the next day. The food was very very salty , the chicken wings didnt taste fresh. The sweet and sour chicken which is usually my favourite tasted bland. It tasted rushed and I understand everyone has their days off but it's becoming hit and miss now. Please take your feedback into consideration because your food used to be amazing.

Highly NOT recommended this restaurant, ordered at about 19:45 on Just eat, ETA was 21:00 when we placed the order, it changed to 21:30 after paid.

We called the shop to chase the order but they didn't pick up the call. We eventually got our meal at 22:10 and the driver said he picked up the order only 20 minutes ago.

All the foods are not hot (not even warm), 4 spring rolls missing and the wanton soup is dark like soy sauce, wanton is super small with just a bite of meat. All the food taste horrible.

We reported the issue to Just Eat and they refunded few pounds for the missing spring roll plus account credit for the order delay.

WON'T order from this restaurant anymore and highly NOT recommend this restaurant unless you want to wait for more than 2 HOURS for some horrible service and foods.

Ordered our food via Just Eat tonight 22/04/19, its late by 40mins so far as I post this (update: now 60mins late). The restaurant won’t pick the phone up even after calling them 17 times and when they do they put the phone down! Please avoid this shambles of a take away! Terrible customer service, absolute jokers!

I've ordered won ton sup and egg fried rice. Inedible. The soup was not a soup but a black liquid, soy soup. Unrecognisable squashed won ton and an oily brown, soy again, inedible egg fried rice. I was hungry but couldn't eat!

Ordered pickup via just eat, got a call from the restaurant about 10 minutes too early saying it was ready, I wasn't ready to pick up yet. The food hygiene rating is 1 star. The sweet and sour chicken tasted overly sweet and like it had been microwaved, the special fried rice was bland and had very little prawn or chicken in it and the spring rolls were like they had gone straight from the freezer to the fryer.
