Golden City

Took 2 and a half hours to arrive. The chicken balls were good but the special fried rice is the worse I have ever tasted. Just tastes like plain boiled rice and there is barely anything else in it.

1st time I used Golden city today. My order was bang on time and hot! Everything tasted great and fresh. The sweet n sour sauce was very sweet, hint of cherry which was not to my taste otherwise all was good. Would use again in the event (as today) my usual Chinese is closed.

Absolutely awful nearly £40 worth of tasteless tough chewy over priced food, bland special fried rice & noodles with hardly any content, chicken & squid was so dry & hard it was inedible. Definitely won't be using again.

Excellent food. Booked for delivery and came on time. Food was really hot.

Am not allowed to add picture. For me it's good, i was skeptical because of the comments, the menu I ordered is tasty and hot, I don't know why people are saying negative things. Maybe because I ordered a safe menu. Just fried rice and chicken. But overall its delicious. Thanks 😊

Got complete opposite, sweet and sugary chicken.
Poor egg fried rice, not tasty - very bland

If I could give a minus 2 star I would. I didn't receive my full order so when I called them they said they would give me discount next time. I didn't want a discount next time I wanted the full order I made and paid for today. I asked to speak to the manager who was very reluctant to come on the phone. After asking several times. The manager came on phone shouting telling me she knows how to cook (which wasn't my original complaint). She didn't even give the chance to explain before she hung up the phone on me. Very rude. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. EXTREMELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please avoid.

Ordered for my daughter. Very impressed, portions were huge and so tasty. Took about 50 mins in total to arrive which isn't too bad but we will be ordering again as it was so tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone.
