Golden City

The food from here is outstanding, I ordered the Triple Crown it's so tasty, piping hot fresh, and was quick to arrive. All the staff very polite and friendly. Brilliant value for money. Will be definitely ordering from here again and again.

I’ve been a regular customer of Golden City for years. No where else compares. Always delivered hot, delicious and freshly made. The sweet & sour sauce is a must! They always accommodate me for my ‘not spicy’ preference which is much appreciated.

Not sure where all the amazing reviews are coming from as we had this last night and it was awful!

Chicken chow mien tasted re-heated, chicken wasn’t fresh, noodles flavourless and no sauce at all. Very dry and like warm. I collected the order as well so it wasn’t like it was waiting in a delivery car.

Cantonese sweet and sour was also bland and luke warm. All the chunks tasted reheated, the sauce was thin and lacking and the peppers and pineapple were the i love you welcome addition.

The egg fried rice just tasted like uncle bens basmati with the odd bit of egg thrown in.

The 3 items above came to over £15 which is shocking considering what we got and how much we are of it, no free prawn crackers. Terrible all round, we will never be coming here again.

The best Chinese in Worcester!! Food is delicious and is amazing every time. Cannot fault anything. Amazing customer service too.

I moved away from Worcester 12 years ago and I use to be a regular customer here, so when I came down from the Isle of Barra on holiday i had to make time for a take away from here. As always 5 star meals. I even had 3 nights in a row from here as it was so good. And the fact that the lovely gentleman remembered me from 12 years ago was amazing even more so as I done most of my ordering over the phone I was blown away.
I moved from the area to St John's and then onto Malvern but always got my take aways from here over the years as it was the best I've ever had.

Cannot fault it. Super fast service even on a Friday night and food is always fresh and warm. Best Chinese in Worcester.

Had a delivery to work. Sadly the food was cold and 3 of the 4 meals had rice that was not nice. The sauces with the various dishes were tasty and spicy which was good. Just a shame about the temp being cold and the rice. Sorry.
