my partner had been coming here for a long time over 20 years, and we will never eat here again! See story below....
We ordered our first Chinese this year, i am vegetarian so went for a Thai green vegetable curry with a vegetable rice, my partner went for a meat dish.
As soon as we got it I noticed something was very wrong as I couldn't work out what one the veggie one was, normally, as you can imagine this is pretty easy for me. After a couple of minutes we realised my veggie curry had chicken in it, and the rice wasn't a vegetable rice, My partner tried his dish to which it was stone cold.
We called them right away to tell them what had happened, we would've liked them to have bought us what we requested and for it to be hot, we would have obviously given the other dishes. (we live fairly close) The best they could come up with is a discount on the next order, this was meant to be my dinner and I don't eat animals. My partner was also unhappy about the cold food. so we told them we are coming there now.
When we got there we either expected to get what we ordered or a refund, they refused to both. We were very unhappy with their customer service and ability to help, they gave the cashier such a hard time over it too, she even admitted to us that if the order turns out wrong they take it from her wages, In The end we only got a £13 refund, this was very upsetting as we spent £30 on the food, also to make things worse we never were given any food back.
So daylight robbery there! We had just a small amount left to by dinner with.

ALWAYS OVER CHARGING & NOT GIVING THE RIGHT BILL AMOUNTS TO THE CUSTOMER.
NOT THE 1ST TIME ALSO THIS HAS HAPPENED. THE DELIVERY DRIVERS SAY THAT THE PRICES ARE ALWAYS WRONG.
I FEEL FOR THE DRIVERS HAVING TO DEAL WITH WRONG AMOUNTS BECAUSE THE STAFF CANNOT GIVE A CORRECT AMOUNT FOR THE BILL TO THE CUSTOMER.
IF YOT CANNOT LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND THE ORDER AND GIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNTS DONT DO IT. UR LOSING BUSINESS.
IVE GOT A MENU INFRONT OF ME SO I KNOW THE PRICES. AND I HEAR HER OVER THE PHONE DOUBLE CHECKING THE DELIVERY PRICE WHEN IM ORDERING.
DONT ORDER FROM OVER THE PHONE, YOU WILL HAVE AN ARGUMENT UPON DELIVERY.
TERRIBLE.......
I will never recommend any of my friends or family to order take away delivery from this restaurant.😡
P.S. I never leave bad reviews. If I don’t like it, I just never come back but today was too much. After a stressful day you just want to have a nice dinner and relax. Definitely not the case !
