Shockingly bad service and food. We ordered our food and made requests to have plain noodles x2 and received everything we asked not to have and only received 1 noodles. The fried rices we ordered were more like boiled rices. So I phoned to point out the issues with our food and requested this to be sorted, 45 minutes later the 2 plain noodles arrive only for the driver to try and charge me for what I have already paid for again.

Poor quality food and service and obviously will not be ordering again.

I truly believe that the image of the restaurant has been misrepresented by either previous mistakes or other damaging reviews. I went in just yesterday and the staff were really nice to me and treated me with respect. The price is reasonable and the food is delicious I do hope that this restaurants image will be restored by the quality that they are producing. Also was served by a lovely girl called Olivia who was very kind and always smiling 😁

I phoned them for allergy advice and no one had the slightest idea what was gluten free on their menu despite it being law. They said if I ordered a vegetable dish they could make it gluten free and vegan as I'm also lactose Intolerant. They said they'd write gf on anything that was gluten free.... which didn't include my vegetables. So I was left with just the mushroom rice that I'd ordered which I was sharing with my vegan friend. And it had egg in it ?! Despite us not ordering egg fried rice. So neither of us could eat anything we had ordered because of allergens being In it. Literally unbelievable how badly wrong they could get it and very dangerous for anyone with allergies, intollerances or dietary needs.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! if i could give no stars i would. The sharing platter was dry like old leather, the prawn toast had a litre of oil left on it, the noodles where tasteless and the vegetables tasted off and the prawn crackers where stale. i genuinely dont like to give bad reviews but this place is by far the worst Chinese takeaway ive had in worthing. i hope tis saves atleast one person from wasting their well earned money here.

Ordered food last night, turned up an hour late, food was cold, some of the food was missing phoned them up was told I would have to wait another hour for the missing food. Won’t use again

This place is my fave, I always go to jade house when I want Chinese & have done for years. Not only is their customer service great, their food tastes unreal. Delivery is always relatively quick, with little charge. All the negative reviews are clearly written by people who have nothing more to do than complain

Worst place to eat don't go here forgot stuff of my order and am also not happy at how they cook and reuse the same pan for everything ordered ckn chow main no veg and was surprised to find bits of duck in it disgusting practice

I have never done a bad review before but in this case I have too , as feel people should know ! soggy obviously re- heated food , which is suppose to be crispy , very dry poorly packaged mixed starters , and both have upset stomachs still today which started last night after having eaten the small amount that we did ! Very disappointing New Year’s Day takeaway !!!
