Ordered a take away and got email saying it would be delivered by 7.10. at 7.20 rang and was told driver car had broken down and it would be and half an hour. Rang again at 8 and the very rude manager said food ready but no one to deliver. Asked for refund and was told it would take 10 days as outside company do delivery!! Said how long would it take for food and was told they don't know but they close at 10 so hopefully be with you before then . Rude manager. . She then said she had people in the shop who want food. Said I've paid £3 pounds for delivery and she said that's not my problem. Never again....... update food arrived eventually and was stone cold . Rang again and rude manager said she's up to her head with things and it's not her fault..then someone else came on phone and offered free meal next time I choose to order. Just had a call from them asking me to collect meal and pay for it !!! Totally different food from what I'd ordered. Said my phone number was on order. Can't believe how awful the customer service is and how rude manager is.

Staff are lovely. Especially Kath. She is so kind an friendly. The food is so flavoursome.. I recommend special in black bean and green pepper. No complaints.. delivery always on time. Fresh food always

Friendly lovely staff had special sweet and sour with fried rice,was nicest fried rice had aswell was barbecue ribs and chicken balls,absolutely yummy

Another 1.5 plus hour delivery from order missing items from last time finally arrived and the driver tells me no staff in the kitchen, not good enough food cold why open and deliver such poor service?

Ordered a meal from kam xin Chinese takeaway. We ordered a quarter pound cheese burger, chicken and sweetcorn soup and a chicken chow mein. The burger was nearly cold, it was a microwave job and the bun was half the size of the burger, we found a small lid in the soup after we had consumed, the chow mein was just edible as it was just warm. We order food from here a lot. We won't be ordering again. I will add that customer service is very poor, pure lack of respect. We find this a disgusting service. Read other reviews, clearly not learning from mistakes at all. Very sad to see.

We ordered for the first time and we were so happy with our order. I tried the Buddhist delight which I’ve had before and varies wherever you get it, I really enjoyed this one- lots of good veggies and mushrooms. Very tasty. My husband had the lamb pancakes and they were everything he hoped for- delivery was fast for freshly cooked food and the lady that delivered was so friendly. Will be ordering again- our new fave takeaway.

Absolutely disgusting meal. Ordered chicken and sweet corn soup, found a small plastic lid inside the soup as I was eating it. Also ordered a burger which came on a bun half the size of the burger with melted cheese in the tray. Clearly been microwaved and was not edible! Contacted Kam xin to speak to someone. Lady on the phone could not understand me. We will not be ordering from there again.

Orderd food on line it says 30 minute delivery. 1 hour 20 minutes later the food arrived, my sweet and sour wasn't nice, rice was stodgy and only half a tub of sauce. My husband Singapore fried rice was only half a tub full? Food is usually very nice from here, but this time we were very disappointed and won't order again.
