Lakeside Chinese Takeaway

The worst Chinese and customer service I have ever received ! They gave me the wrong order when I politely asked for it to be changed I got a load of abuse and was told I can not change it ! He also told my sister to ‘shut up”! They also have to parrots in a cage which is way to small ! Please do not eat hear terrible service and food !!!!!!!

Food is awful, the manager is rude and accepts nothing!

This was only the 2nd time of getting a takeaway from here. Absolutely gorgeous food , way better than my local Chinese takeaway. Will definitely be coming back again. Thankyou.

Second time I came here for spring rolls only, wich were delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Had a bad day but came Here and the lady brought a big smile on my face. Very kind

Takeaway delivered. Actually started off quite nice. However, tucked into Duck Pancakes and realised the Pancakes were all congealed together. As the takeaway is 5 mins away we thought we would call, let them know, pop the Duck in the oven whilst we await some fresh pancakes. OH No! Instead, we spoke to a polite young lady who then said she needed to speak to her Manager. ‘Let Loose the rudest person in Customer Service’ Again I explained the issues with the pancakes, he told me they are packaged and not his fault, this is how they come. I explained I can’t eat duck pancakes without them, he finally agreed to drop some fresh ones to us. I the politely asked can he send over some complimentary Prawn Crackers. Wow - He then kicked off, shouting at me! Screaming at me. To which I said his customer service was terrible. To which he shouted at me, I only want free things, he works hard and people like me are disgusting. Wow! We’ve ordered here many of times, I have never EVER received such service like this. For someone to scream down the phone at me is totally unacceptable and should not be in such Industry- DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Looking at below comments, it’s not just me.

Actually not 2 bad. The veggie dishes were rather bland but the meat dishes were tasty. On the plus side they have the salt levels under control unlike other takeaways in aylesbury. Lots of options to spice up your meal, but you'd need several visits to get the balance right. Delivery was fast but pricy as is the menu. Certainly well worth a try.

DO NOT ORDER. Very bad food, had to throw almost all the food out. Chicken fried rice had no flavor. Chicken chow men was over loaded with soy sauce. Sweet and sour chicken balls under cooked. Literally had pink chicken pieces. Schewan chicken was drenched in sweet and sour sauce. Beef was burnt. £80 worth of food was a total waste. I would recommend anyone else to rather not order a take away than order food from here. Worst chinese in Aylesbury.
