Awful experience. I ordered a shredded chilli beef and got shredded sweet n sour chicken.
I did take the meal back and try to explain their error and they refused to believe me or even check the meal for themselves. I had to be quite sharp and say it was their error n the rest of the meal was going cold.
Truthfully I was reallylooking forward tothis meal for several weeks but due the the error and the hostile tone of the person who i spoke with, i doubt i will ever return. It left me quite stressed, sick and ill and I lost my appitite.
Very poor customer service and im relieved it was not something i was allergic to.
I would AVOID at all costs and wouldn't give this 1 star. 😷🤮😡

An honest review...

First of all, i have been ordering from this chinese for 10+ years. And well.. their food is absolutely spot on. I mean very tasty, it's always very consistent and the same quality and taste every week.

The delivery service is incredibly quick. I mean insanely quick. I have once rang them and from the time I put the phone down to the minute the food turned up at my door it was within 20 mins! ( I live just over 2 miles away).

The prices are very average. Not cheap but not too expensive neither. But with the quality you definitely can not complain! I cant recommend this chinese enough! By preference and personal opinion obviously but I can honestly say without a shadow of doubt. This is the best chinese in leicester.

Great Chinese Takeaway. You can see the food being prepared for your order and social distancing is in place. Great tasting food. I would definately recommend.

This is a pretty good takeaway, the prices are very reasonable.

OMG , think I've just had the best meal of my life , had a large pancake roll , fresh hot with crispy beansprouts and packed with juicy meat and prawns , then a beef and onion with a plain chow mien and a few chips , wow , again hot fresh and oh so tasty ,packed with beef ,compliments to the chef it was stunning .

My ex cooks better...I feel sick after eating chow mein noodles and chicken egg fried rice smelled like chickens bottom. I can't believe you can serve this to people and call this food

Hot and fresh clean tasty chinese exceeded our expectations very prompt fast service and reasonably priced ample portions would highly recommend this takeaway.....👌👌

I always order from here. Food is always good. You do not have to wait long from the time you order to when you collect and the staff are always friendly.
