Oriental Express Chinese take away

Started off initially good but the last and final time we ordered the crispy beef was disgusting and had been reheated in microwave for sure. Bland rice terrible. On a weekend we understand you’re busy but maintain standards.

Slowest delivery ever…
I’ve rated 2 stars because historically the food here has been really good, but the appalling delivery time is simply unacceptable. Waited 1hr 45mins on a Saturday night. They need to sort this out or they’ll lose custom rapidly.

BBQ ribs, more like dry pork in gravy. Egg fried rice with chicken with a side of hair. Smoked shredded crispy chicken , 80% is vegetables. If you’re hungry and really want a Chinese, look elsewhere.

A good reliable Chinese takeaway. I like the vegetarian duck options. Can be busy and delivery times can be slow, but in general, a great place to get food.

We tried every Chinese in the area several times. We will stick with these guys. Food always FRESH and just EXCEPTIONAL. Worth every penny.

Also if delivery is slow, it means they cook it FRESH! If you want yesterdays microwave food, then you get it in 10 mins. Speaking from experience

Possibly the best Chinese restaurant in town. I placed an order on a busy weekday at 6.45pm and food was at my door half an hour later, warm to perfection, absolutely deliciously tasting. If I could give 10 stars I would!! The person who took my order over the phone was super polite, welcoming and professional. Order was delivered and nothing was missing or wrong, so on top of excellent food, outstanding customer service! Will order surely soon again!

Our new favourite Chinese takeaway! We tried it by chance after our old regular let us down, and have been blown away! The flavours are bold and the ingredients fresh, everything arrives piping hot and just as it should be. It can get a bit busy on Friday and Saturday nights and so takes a while to arrive, but it is absolutely worth the wait! The customer service is also excellent, which is another real plus point compared to others locally.

I'd particularly recommend the honey chilli chicken, and the veggie pancake rolls.
