Great food and lovely people. Only been using this takeaway for a few weeks and wish I'd known about it a long time ago.

I love this home run takeaway. I have been severed lovely fresh chinese food for many years.they are very customer service people and really care. I have tried other take away chinese .sorry for this terrible email ... i enjoy eating than trying to use this... thanks to jade garden for feeding me ,giving me a smile and lovely fresh food xxxx

Hey I don't normally leave reviews but my visit to this little gem has ensured I leave one.
My wife and I love our chinese food and I like to consider myself quite the expert on a certain dish called deep fried chilli beef....
I was at work the other night as a delivery driver and was in Gravesend. Not knowing the area at all I found myself parked up outside the Jade garden and very hungry.
I didnt fancy a whole portion of chilli beef, not with a whole portion of rice as well (small appetite), so I thought I'd risk it and go in and ask the staff if I could have a silver container with half chilli beef and half egg fried rice.
The guy in there was so nice and didn't even flinch when i asked for the off menu item. He smiled happily and said "of course no problem!"
(Most places I go in and ask for this they recoil in horror!)
The food was ready in 5 minutes, it was VERY reasonably priced, and best of all,
it was the most scrumptious rice and chilli beef I have EVER HAD! and believe me I've had. Lots.
I've sought out this takeaway on Google Street view because I couldn't remember the name of it.
So glad I found it again.
It's just a shame I live half an hour away.
I'll just have to see if I can get my boss to send me there for more deliverys in future!
Five stars well deserved....

Never use this restaurant as we ordered takeaway and the food turned up cold and instead of getting sweet and sour sauce we got tomato ketchup. After speaking to them on the phone I was asked to wait till Monday for a full refund and the lady insisted it was sweet and sour sauce and it clearly was not. We have requested the food to be picked up, how people can give this restaurant high ratings must have low standards. Absolutely disgusted with this.

Was the worst food I every had.
Over priced for what it is i put it in the bin and my family had to have a ham sandwich for dinner since it was such late notice.
Chips where dry and even one of my kids chocked on the food.The chicken balls were full of grease.
Very unhappy with it as also the noodle tastes how they looked,Bad.
Oh and also when it turns up the menu was different from a different place from the place I order from,I ordered from Jade Garden didnt I?

Horrible got a Chinese last night ordered special fried rice. Nothing special about it where was the meat , peas, prawns etc.. dearer than normal. Not very nice .

Absolutely disgraceful food took an hour to get here, was cold and concealed and the rude pig put the phone down on me when I dared to complain
