I was in shock the sweet and sour box was half empty (not the cheapest around). I called and asked he said thats their portions and nothing they can do, having asked for no onions due to allergy reasons he said without onions thats what the portion came to! really?? how about throwing in some peppers instead? Overall portions were minimalistic and too greasy dissapointed

Ordered crispy shredded chicken but every piece was just pure batter and no chicken whatsoever, wouldn’t order from here again

In the last month or so it has gone from being a really good Chinese takeaway to a really bad 1. They barely fill the containers & if you order chow mein or fried rice with meat there is barely any meat inside. I don't know if it's new management or new chefs, but whatever has happened has ruined it. I've been a regular customer for a long time, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Really disappointing so see such a good takeaway go so bad...

2 hours to get food delivered. After the first hour they called to say they're sorry and someone is delivering. Food didn't arrive until an hour later even though theyre based roughly 20 minutes only for the driver to laugh at us and call us a liar on the situation. Shame because their food is generally pretty good but the service keeps digging.

Have been a loyal customer for many years. Ordered food at 5pm, did not come until 7pm. When I called to see where order was so many excuses. When I said I will not be ordering again was told NO PROBLEM!!!
With cost of living increasing this is a great wayto treat customers

Been using this takeaway for years and it’s been great but it’s gone downhill recently, placed an order tonight, not all of it turned up as it was sweet and sour balls, called them and the guy was so rude, told me I’d said a small order when I didn’t and told me to count the balls again!
He is awful and the food wasn’t great to be honest , he did send the missing food out but that’s not the point
Will be reporting to the council as I’ve concerns over their hygenie

Food tastes good, but the portion sizes are pretty poor value for money. The ribs were cut up into small pieces and there are probably no more than 2 whole ribs in the whole portion and then lots of vegetable filler. Salt and pepper chips tasted good but again, only a small portion.
