Lucky star

Wrong food and rude service - Ordered vegetarian dishes for £40, but they delivered meat dishes and when we tried to call them the lady on the phone completely refused to accept the fault and was very rude and arrogant. We decided to take the wrong order back to their take away and she didn't even return the money back. Never ever order from Lucky star, Crewe.

Beef curry was ok. But the beef and mushroom was cold and the beef wasn't easy to chew carrots was hard! Spring rolls was raw I will take my custom else where next time freebie!

Wrong order delivered. When called very rude response Refuse to deliver correct order or refund money. When went to the shop the lady on counter said she tried to call but my phone never rang and said she cannot do anything about the order. Won't even give 1 star

Very fresh food, I had the special vermicelli noodle dish and loved it. Lots of meat. Will go a second time soon.

Last time we used this take away it was lovely good potion sizes nice cooked food but todays order was not good at all the portion sizes have cut right down and the chips were Rock hard! On the menu it said order over £25 get a free bottle of pop and prawn crackers we got no pop and the smallest bag of prawn crackers! Looks like prices have gone up which is fair enough but the portion sizes and standard of food have dropped! Such a shame as we used to think this was the nicest Chinese. Looks like we will have to look elsewhere in future.

Pork hard no flavour,curry looked like canal water could not even try it. spent loads here no more gone down hill it's a shame used to be really nice,last 3 orders disappointed.

We had 3 dinners, various, and they were very nice.

Another beaufitul meal. Been Celiac the meal was prepared well and to my requirements. 3 other meals with the same order were also beautuful. All arrived hot and quickly. The delivery gentleman was lovely.
