1hr + delay to order, when calling the restaurant to find out where it was, wasn’t clear or helpful.

Food has been good before but service definitely lets them down

Used this place a while ago has it changed hands. Had chow mein . Has always had lots of meat pork 9duck chicken beef an been sprout noodles with light sauce but now no bean sprout just noodles with bit of beef an chicken nowhere near as good as it was.

Don’t know about the delivery times as we always collect but the food is amazing every time

Decided to try a different Chinese takeaway, was very impressed. All of my food delivered fairly quick for a Friday night but wow tasted so lovely, hot and fresh, so much flavour with everything we had , love that the curry is spicy . Deffo will order again, I wouldnt even mind waiting longer for that was lovely

Food is ok, I do keep going back afterall. But I wouldn't say it's anything special, the service is good if you go to the shop or collect. Delivery times can be long.

Terrible, ordered on Just Eat, said an hour to an hour half wait. After a wait we rang. Food wasn’t even cooked, kept telling us to cancel, said we didn’t want to, he said it would be 25minutes wait. We offered to go and pick up, wouldn’t give us a discount on a £40 order, no apologies, customer service terrible, we then got an email so say order cancelled, so rang back to say why have you cancelled, put the phone down and wouldn’t answer our calls. His excuse was he only had one delivery driver on on a Saturday night, ridiculous. Will NEVER use them again, menu has been ripped up, disgusting

Ordered food to be delivered. It was over 1 hour late. We called to ask where the order was and got told it was still in the kitchen. We then asked if we could add a bag of chips onto the order as it was so late and now we were ravenous. The guy on the phone simply said no can do! Well you definetly get a 0 star rating for your customer service skills. Will not be ordering from yourselves again
