Allways loved the food sad they don't read there reviews so won't be commenting

This is a good Chinese takeaway. I love there curries they are unique to them, as they are different to all other chinese curries i have tasted.

Food - really nice.
Costumer service - zero. Rude. Making faces when I asked item off menu, not welcoming , not polite , ridiculous service .

Always come here best in area, however this time served by very young staff who left my order on the side for 15 mins. Perhaps they need a little training, particularly not to concentrate on their phone and more on the customers 🤔

Food is okay, but the lady who takes the orders is sullen, unfriendly and rude. Never says please and thank you. She is not at all suited for a customer facing roll in the catering industry.
I encourage all to go elsewhere until she appreciates customers have a wide choice of takeout suppliers around here.
Vote with your feet, even if Wan Ying is the closest this takeaway needs to learn people can easily boycott the business. An improvement in attitude would cost nothing at all and be very beneficial to them.

I had high expectations as they were VERY BUSY!! usually busy places are supposed to be good.. wrong. From someone who lived in China before for a long period of time, this food is AWFUL at best. The special fried rice was not good, the pork inside looked and tasted old. The prawns tasted like plastic… the beef with oyster sauce tasted rankkkkk to say the least. Honestly, we didn’t eat more than half of each dish, can safely say never again..

Always excellent food. I over order so I have leftovers for a few days 😊

The best Chinese takeaway for miles and miles. They never disappoint. The staff are friendly and your orders are taken quickly. Plenty of parking on the forecourt. You may sometimes have to wait a while but then the best is worth waiting for!
