I placed my order around 9 ish , said it would be here at 10:20 and then 10:50 as the delivery got delayed. Still waiting for our food 11:22 can’t get hold of them what’s so ever the phone line cuts straight off no way of contact!!! Robbers for your money never known a takeaway place to be so long with their order and yet delivery get stopped at 11:30 what a joke!
If you want people to buy food from your takeout make sure you’ve got someone to answer your PHONE and to be sure you make customers aware they’re food will take longer than usual!!!

Shocking. Paid £4.99 delivery on Uber eats. The place then ring me up demanding another £2 cash unless they won’t deliver because it’s further away than usual (hence the £4.99 I’ve already paid). Disgraceful. 1/4 duck was more like an 1/8. Paid £37 in the end for chips, duck and 1 main. Food very poor would never go anywhere near this place. Staff very rude also

Great customer service. The food was tasty and piping hot when delivered. The menu was wide but easy to navigate. We will be coming back very soon.

Love coming here, always a friendly face on the counter, always have food from here and the standard is always good. Highly recommended

DONT ORDER VIA WEBSITE!!!! Placed an order online for delivery. Payment was taken straight away and stated food would be delivered with in 45 mins after an hour and 20 mins I called restaurant to which they said the website isn’t working anymore and I would need to take up the issue with my bank in order to get my money back. So I’m out of pocket and starving! The website is attached to their details on google and still taking orders and money. Not even a sorry. Was starving when I placed the order now Its 2 hours later and I’m hangry. customer service wasn’t much better considering the issue. Wouldn’t have minded if they had of said no worries let’s work it out and got some food to me. I’m more bothered about being left hungry then anything else. I was just told to take it up with the bank. Didn’t even ask if I want to reorder the food I’d ordered online. wish me luck in trying to get my money back.

Can be quite slow to deliver in the evenings, but food is tasty and well cooked. I normally go and pick it up now - it’s quicker.
Free prawn crackers too.
