Wok N Pie (Forest Gate)

Spotted this small family friendly restaurant whilst in the area so I thought I will give it a try. Ordered my daughter a strip burger and chips and a lamb chowmein which I was worried might be a fusion style.I requested the burger and chips for my daughter whilst whilst waiting. The service was long but worth it since everything is cooked freshly, not frozen or precooked. The Bangladeshi owner and his family are really friendly. The chow mien came out nice, added more salt and pepper to get the taste better.will recommend this place and will definitely go back whenever I am in the area.

I ordered food lately but was so late , but manage to talk to the delivery driver as he had load traffic.
but dnt sack him .
I still like you guys & thsnks for the food .

I ordered my food on Deliveroo and the service was amazing, I called the restaurant and ask for special inquiries and the staff was more than happy to help, the food is FRESHLY made I was pleasantly surprised by the taste as presentation ✅

Very disappointed with the food. The 2 pad thai I ordered hadly had any beef or chicken in them. The curry I ordered again didn't have much beef or chicken and was very watery. Don't think I will be ordering from them again.

One of the worst places I’ve been too! I don’t know why but I went to this place many times and each time I went there, I was soo disappointed. The guy was lazy. The food was bland he messed up the order and took forever to cook the food even though I called before hand. Please avoid this terrible place if you want good food.

I did not had a good experience with this place as the taste was not upto the mark, also the place dis not seem to be of adequate for dining purposes due to lack of cleaning. The Bangladeshi food that was served earlier here had a great taste, unfortunately couldn't say the same about the new management.

I love ordering food here! They cook delicious food to the point I order every week, the menu is perfect as it let's me pick and choose between Thai and Chinese, I work late sometimes and wok N pie is always open as usual 😋, I would recommend getting the set menu if you're trying the place out.

Ordered on UberEats. Delivery was over 90 minutes late! I called about 15 times in those 90 minutes but no one answered. Food arrived cold. Ribs were tasty but portion was ridiculously small.
