Used to frequent this takeaway on a regular basis. But over the last year they have really gone down hill. They fail to notify you if its very busy and like tonight took 1.5 hrs to arrive without any warning it would be that long. Chips arrived stone cold and like last time, looked like some of them had been cooked twice. The chow mein was mushy and overcooked. 3 of us were eating tonight and our friend who also frequents there said it had also gone down hill. We attempted on 2 phones to contact them to chase our order status but nobody was answering the phone. We won't be ordering again from here. Shame used to be so good!

Very tasty house special chow mein, will return later. Fair portion control, too. Probably been there at busy period, but we had to wait for the food.
Update: we definitely came at a busy period this time, as I've ordered online and it was forecasted to be ready in 30 mins, but it actually took 55 minutes before we got our food. Food was tasty as usual, though.

Do not eat from this place. I choose to give it a go after ignoring all the negative reviews, I thought I’d give them a chance. The food was so cold, the chicken was pink, chips very soggy, and the customer service was awful! my family and I spent £40 on food that we couldn’t eat, we rang them to let them know the food was very cold and that we couldn’t eat it, they told me to re heat it, I told them I had chicken and that I wasn’t going to re heat it, I mean I shouldn’t have to re heat food. I asked if we could give the driver our food back and we have a refund, they told us they had no drivers, even though we had just had our food delivered 10 minutes prior. They told me unless I drive to them that they won’t do anything. So my husband drove to them, gave them the food and they still wasn’t going to give us our money back, in the end after my husband being in there over 15 minutes they gave him our money back. Just please don’t ignore the negative reviews like I did, don’t waste your time and money.

Used to be great but has gone down hill...

Ordered food for tonight at 6:45pm, originally estimated as 35 minute delivery time. Now 2 hours and 45 minutes later and still no food...

First time ordered , and I got to say fantastic, easy to order online, easy to pay with your card, no cash need except for the drivers tip.

Food was HOT and loads of it I ordered beef chow and its crambed with slices of beef the chicken balls and sweet and sour sauce 😋 yummy I also ordered spare ribs in honey sauce wow . Definitely the best in the area. Just order from here

Not sure why the 3.8 rating. We ordered via the app. Food came hot and in 30 mins and was delicious. Only thing missing unlike every other Chinese was complementary prawn crackers. Will definitely be ordering again from there!
