Oriental House

Ordered for the first time tonight. Portion sizes were small, quite salty n not much taste. My bf had gone to pick up, we had also ordered ribs which once we had finished dishing up dinner.

Noticed they had forgotten to put them in with our order. When my bf phoned them although they were apologetic. Didn't offer to drop them off and my bf said can I just have my money back for the ribs. Refused said this wasn't possible and we can come pick them up. Wont be returning and will stuck to our usual Chinese in Burnham.

Well what a disappointment. Usually I would give them 7/10 but last night it had to be a 3 if that!!. I picked it up only to get home with my order to find it was completely wrong so called them. If I wanted to take it back they would give me my right food!!! Which I must say I would think that they should of brought it to me. So I walked back again and when I got home it was a right disappointment it was cold and greasy couldn't eat half of it. And by the time I got the second I wasn't really feeling hungry,the time had passed. Ordered it at just before 8 and didn't actually eat anything until 9.30 Waste of money!!

I was really looking forward to a good take out, but was left disappointed. Staff was friendly and price was reasonable but the portions sizes were a joke. I’ve never ever ever had a take out like it. The food it self was reasonable and had no issues. But I won’t visit again based on the portion sizes.

Hi. We haven’t eaten from the oriental for a long time as we felt the food was rushed and did not taste fresh.

Tonight we thought we would give it another chance and I have to say it took 40 minutes before our food arrived and it was fantastic.

As always a great meal. You can tell how popular it is down the the long delivery times and wait for food. But we’ll worth it.

Lovely food and good customer service, have done collection and delivery, can't fault but wish they took card too

Ordered at 19:20 and was told that there would be a 40 minute wait. We phoned back at 20:20 after it hadn’t arrived and was told that the driver would be with us as soon as they got back to the shop. Phoned again at 21:05 asking when the driver would arrive and was told that the driver had just left and would be with us soon. We live a 5 minute drive from the shop and we cancelled at 21:20 after no one turned up. Driver did turn up at about 21:25 but it had been over 2 hours since we ordered and didn’t even want it anymore. Would love to review how the food was but was unable to.

Placed order just after 5pm tonight. Was told it would be delivered in an hour. 18.50 still not delivered so we call again and they say hes just left will be 10 minutes. 19.30 still nothing so call again amd they say hes just left (again) and will be 10 minutes. Anogher 25 minutes go by and we call again to be told it will be with us in 10 minutes. WHAT A JOKE. Turns up cold. Never again!!!
