First order; food does not taste differently from previous business Oriena. Good size portions.
Hot and Sour soup has too much glutamate and makes it like gelatin.
Beef szechuan with plenty of meat and tasty.

First time ordering from here as it’s local to us we thought we would give it a try!
Amazing fresh and hot food with decent big sized portions - will definitely be returning! Thoroughly enjoyed it, was able to collect in 15 minutes on a Saturday night even!

First order from Happy Dumpling during lockdown and pretty happy with the taste of the food and portion size. They were inundated with orders and although I had to wait in the shop as the order was later than expected, I can’t complain. Everyone was really friendly and doing well to provide takeaway food for people, considering the situation.

Was lovely as always, wouldn’t order anywhere else. Staff are very polite and the foods yummy very happy with it!

Terrible service. So the last time I ordered I had to wait 2.5hrs despite being told it would be an hour. I thought I’d give them the benefit of doubt and ordered again. What a mistake. I was assured I wouldn’t have to wait longer than an hour. After 1.5hrs I rang, was told it would be another half hour. After 2 hrs I rang again and was told the order hadn’t even made it to the kitchen and would be another 45 mins.

No apology so I cancelled the order. Waiting 3 hours is not acceptable. The driver told me it’s because they let “walk ins” take precedence over deliveries. Clearly they don’t value regular customers and it looks like they are losing them left right and centre.

Great food but poor customer service. We order from them weekly and have never needed to complain yet. This week they missed some of our order and said they would replace it - and on the second delivery an hour later still only brought half of what was missing. So we had cold food waited over 2 hours (for both deliveries) No refund. No apology. Very poor when you spend there weekly!

Definitely not ordering from here again. I called for delivery they hung up on me. The second attempt the phone person put everything in and then wiped it out. The third, she got it on the computer. To make sure they got it correct I read it back. When it got here one of the meals was missing. I called back to tell them I was told it wasn’t on order, even though I read it back to her. They then said if I wanted the order I would have to go in and pick it up unless I ordered more to get it over the minimum delivery charge thank goodness I declined to go get it. The food was greasy and not very good. I’ve had better microwave meals. Don’t waste your money. Not worth the cost and agro.

Phoned at 18:35 to place an order which we thought was costly but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Was told it would be an hour and a half. They called at 8:00 to tell us they were running late, that we were next in the queue and that it would take another half an hour. We were willing to wait. Just phoned them again at 8:45. We’re now 3rd in the queue and they “can’t help it” if they’ve had a big order before us! I’m more furious at being told we were next, then put back to third.
I have put it to them that maybe if they get too busy, they should have a cut off where they actually TELL people they are too busy to cope, rather than string people along.
I’m giving them the one star for telling us that they were running half an hour late, but I’m being generous.
