Yummy

We thought it was about time we gave these lovely people some feedback. We have had many meals from Yummy and every time they have not disappointed, the food extremely tasty, and customer service excellent, drivers always pleasant and polite. Part of our meal last night was Kung Po King Prawn, Singapore Noodles, Chicken Curry, Chicken and Mushroom with rice everything was fabulous. Despite the weather it was delivered at our requested time. Thank you to all at Yummy and the amazing couple who run it. Totally recommend if you are wanting a take-away.

I phoned at 17.01 asked how long delivery was to which I got the reply how long do you want it to be. I asked again will it be within half an hour or I will come to collect. Was assured it will be with me within half an hour. 45 minutes later I phoned as my partner was leaving for work soon after so asked where the food was and the lady said I'd ordered from just eat and I'd had it delivered already and then hung up the phone. When I phoned back and I explained I'd phoned she then told me my delivery had just left and then hung up the phone again. 15 minutes later i phoned when my partner was leaving for work and got told that my address is hard to find. When I've had deliveries from here on many occasions and she hung up again to me.
Top it off my food was stone cold
The lady I spoke to was so rude and I won't order from here anymore

4th time ordering from this place and 4 times cold…
Staff are rude and very disrespectful either shouting down the phone when trying to find a situation to the problem or just saying we can’t help it we are busy then putting the phone down … I’ve used a lot of Chinese take aways and by far hand down this one sucked the most !!!

Going by the other reviews and the response from yummys on the reviews I await a response with something along the lines of it’s my fault…. As from what they are like on the phone it’s all lies and false hopes
I.e your delivery is just leaving the phone 1 hour later where is the food phone back up of sorry it’s just leaving now …… false hopes and dreams this place ….
No idea how thay are still in business

First order from Yummy... Sadly both me and my wife thought the name of the business wasn't to be given to the dishes. Hot and sour soup was ok, less meat than in soups from others restaurants. Chow Mein was really average. 🙄

Waiting nearly 2 hours for them to keep saying it’s on the way, kept saying they will be 3 minutes after waiting for soo long ended up coming 20 minutes later delivery driver 👎🏻 Won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered through just eat and delivered very quickly and food was lovely. Excellent service.

Been ordering from the yummy for a good couple of years and we have never had a bad meal, food is always piping hot and so lovely, we placed a large order for 18 people and the food was delivered earlier than expected and was as usual fantastic and everyone said it was delicious, 100% would recommend

I ordered here back in December. They delivered the wrong dish, I called them up and they said they would bring me the correct dish. They then called back 10 minutes later and said their car has broken down (not very convincing) but would take £5 off my next order and it’s on my ‘account’ and then she literally hung the phone up on me as I was saying thanks. So I call for my next order and the same woman answers the phone. Tells me that she doesn’t remember telling me that, I said ‘but you told me the discount is on my account’ and she said ‘no don’t remember and not giving you money off’ and hangs up on me again! This woman should not be answering your phones! She’s an embarrassment. Absolute waste of time, bad customer service and just outright liars. Food average too, go to Mr Ming!
